REFUND POLICY

At RISE BEAUTY, we provide online hairstyling courses in digital form. Because our products are delivered digitally and immediately, the following terms apply.

1. Digital Product Policy
All of our courses are delivered digitally. Once access to the course materials has been granted, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU consumers)
Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content that is delivered immediately, this right expires once delivery has begun — provided that you have expressly requested immediate access and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. At checkout you are asked to confirm both. If you do not give this confirmation, access is not granted and your 14-day right of withdrawal remains.

3. No Refunds After Access
We do not offer refunds once you have logged in and accessed any part of the course, including video lessons or downloadable materials. This applies to both partial and full access.

4. Free Content
To help you evaluate our courses before purchasing, we offer a free lesson. We encourage you to use it to decide whether our teaching suits you.

5. Technical Issues
If you have technical difficulties accessing the platform, please contact us at raisabrezgina.hairstyle@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. Refunds are not issued for temporary access problems or user error.

6. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases we may consider a refund — for example, a duplicate payment. Such requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase to raisabrezgina.hairstyle@gmail.com.
